I know that no one is paying attention since it’s been 3 years since I last blogged. So this one is for me.
I re-entered the “normal” working world. And have come to a conclusion:
It’s not for me.
Why do I think I was destined to do something different? I don’t know. But I do know that I have at least 20 years of working life left in me (god willing), and I choose to do something different.
So today, I am making fresh ricotta cheese – something I haven’t done for several years. And if you’ve never tasted fresh ricotta, I have two things to tell you:
1. It’s really easy to make!
2. It tastes unlike any ricotta cheese you have ever tasted before.
So here I go. Getting back in the groove. Making cheese. Nice.
